Surely by now in 2018 everyone has herd of or used Skype. Skype is a telecommunication software and video audio calling application, it can be used across the globe using internet connection to contact people. It can also be used to call as a cell phone would for a small fee, but for the most part if an internet connection is established and both users have an account then chat is free. In the phone and laptop apps you can also live text chat with your friends. Skype no has applications for every device.
I feel that Skype is very useful in the classroom. Teachers and educators around the world can connect with a basic account for free. Skype will allow them to share lessons, tutor, collaborate and present quest speakers who might not normally be able to present to that participial class. Teachers can also join the Skype community to gain access to thousands of resources to make their lesson plans or classroom itself more interactive with modern technological advancements. Skype in the classroom is an online community that enables thousand of teaches to inspire the next generation of global citizens through exciting learning experiences learning through Skype.
